Preparations for the G20 Summit to be held in Delhi on September 8 and 9 are in full swing, with the central as well as Delhi authorities busy with the preparations. Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and the prime minister’s Principal Secretary P K Mishra on Sunday visited key sites related to the upcoming G20 Summit meeting to take stock of preparedness for the mega event. They were accompanied by other senior government functionaries. Meanwhile, Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi on Sunday said that the Delhi civic body identified and cleaned more than 11,000 vulnerable garbage points and is conducting anti-larval spraying in all wards ahead of the G20 Summit.
